Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowTable Builder, including our website at flowtable.myprograming.com and the Webflow Designer Extension (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
FlowTable Builder helps Webflow users visually create and edit HTML table layouts inside the Webflow Designer. The Service runs within Webflow's platform and modifies elements in projects you are authorized to edit.
The Service is a design tool. You are responsible for reviewing table content, accessibility, and compliance before publishing your site.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid Webflow account and permission to edit the workspace or site where you use the app. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age required in your jurisdiction to use online services.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful purposes in connection with Webflow projects you are authorized to access.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of Webflow's terms or policies
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse Webflow or our APIs
- Inject malicious code, malware, or unauthorized scripts into sites
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls
- Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own product
- Use the Service in a way that harms us, Webflow, or other users
5. Webflow platform
FlowTable Builder depends on Webflow's Designer, APIs, and hosting. Your use of Webflow is governed by Webflow's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Webflow outages, API changes, or account actions taken by Webflow.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create in your Webflow projects. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the Service when you use it (for example, to write table elements to the selected element in the Designer).
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and accessibility of table content you publish.
7. Fees and billing
FlowTable Builder may be offered free of charge or through paid plans as described in the Webflow Marketplace or our product pages. Any fees, subscriptions, or refunds are handled according to the listing and Webflow's billing policies at the time of purchase.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, branding, UI, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We try to maintain reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, produce specific design results, or be compatible with every Webflow project configuration.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your site content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Webflow workspace. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes not subject to mandatory arbitration, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
